Finally I’ve watched the first movie of the Coen brothers. I must say the story has not impressed me, because I’ve already watched the very similar story “Fargo” before. You have to watch both to understand what I mean here. And Fargo was way too much better than that.
A bar-owner in Texas is certain that his wife is cheating on him and hires a private detective to spy on her. This is just the beginning of a complex plot which is full of misunderstandings and deceit. Anyone, who has planned or done something bad, has died…
